Quotations

Scheduling and access

We agree a cleaning date and time once you approve the quotation. You are responsible for arranging safe access, and for water and electricity where they are needed for the work.

Your property

Please secure valuables and fragile items and let us know about delicate surfaces, known damage or special care instructions before work begins.

Results

We aim for excellent results on every assignment. Some stains, wear and existing damage cannot be fully removed, and we will try to tell you if that is likely.

Feedback

If you are not happy with an aspect of our work, contact us as soon as possible so that we can review it with you.

Services subject to availability

Some services, including high-rise window cleaning, fumigation and pest control, and healthcare-related work, are subject to suitable equipment, trained personnel, licensing and safety requirements.
