How do I get a quotation from Macky Group?
Complete our free quote form, call +254 721 825 119 or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us the property type, the services you need, the location and your preferred schedule. We assess your requirements and provide a suitable quotation based on the scope of work.
Is the quotation really free?
Yes. Quotations are free and carry no obligation. You only proceed if you are happy with the proposed scope and price.
Why do you not publish fixed prices?
Every property is different. Size, condition, access, the services required and how often you want cleaning all change the work involved. Quoting by scope means you pay for your actual job, not an average.
Can I send photos?
Yes, and we recommend it. Photos on WhatsApp or through the quote form help us understand the condition of the space and give a more accurate quotation.
How soon can you come?
Availability depends on the location, the size of the job and our current schedule. Contact our team to confirm the next available date.
Our services
What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains a home that is already in reasonable condition: dusting, floors, kitchen surfaces and bathrooms. Deep cleaning goes further and tackles accumulated dirt, grime and neglected areas, such as behind accessible furniture, skirting boards and grout.
Do you clean offices outside working hours?
We work around your schedule and agree suitable times for your premises, subject to your building rules and availability.
Do you clean carpets and sofas in my home?
Yes. Carpet cleaning, sofa and upholstery cleaning and mattress cleaning are available for homes and businesses. Methods are selected according to the fabric type and manufacturer care instructions.
Do you offer fumigation?
Where available, we can arrange pest management solutions for residential and commercial environments, subject to applicable licensing and safety requirements.
Do you clean hospitals and clinics?
We provide general cleaning support for clinics and medical offices, subject to agreed hygiene protocols and the facility's infection-control requirements. Specialized healthcare disinfection and clinical waste handling must be arranged with appropriately trained personnel and according to applicable regulations.
Scheduling and contracts
Can I book a one-time clean?
Yes. One-time cleaning is available, as well as daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly arrangements and long-term contracts.
Do you offer contract cleaning for businesses?
Yes. We offer customized contract cleaning arrangements with schedules based on your property and agreed scope, including periodic deep cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many clients arrange access in advance through a caretaker, agent or trusted person. We confirm arrangements before the visit.
